CNC Routing Centre
Our 5-axis CNC routing centres deliver micron-level precision for every panel cut. Automated tool changers allow continuous production with zero human error.
Automatic Edge-Banding
Seamless edge-finishing using hot-melt adhesive technology. Our Homag edge-banding lines produce invisible joins and durable edges that resist moisture and impact.
Beam Saw & Panel Cutter
High-speed horizontal beam saws manage all primary panel sizing. With automatic stacking and labelling, every panel is tracked from cut to assembly.
Lacquer & Finish Line
Our roller-coat and spray-booth finishing lines apply premium laminates, UV lacquers, and PU paints in a dust-free, climate-controlled environment for flawless surfaces.
Production Process
Material Intake & QC
Every raw board is inspected for moisture content, flatness, and density before entering production.
CNC Cutting & Routing
Panels are nested and cut by CNC centres using DXF files generated directly from our design software.
Edge-Banding
All exposed edges are bonded with zero-joint PVC or ABS tape for durability and a premium finish.
Drilling & Dowelling
Automated drilling heads place dowels, hinges, and hardware inserts with sub-millimetre accuracy.
Finishing & Lacquering
Panels pass through UV finish lines or spray booths for the chosen surface treatment.
Assembly & Inspection
Each cabinet is dry-assembled, checked against the CAD drawing, and signed off before packaging.
